
Design Approach: Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy?
Once the deposit has been accepted and the design template has been agreed upon, you may cancel the job at any time, in writing. However, the deposit is 100% non-refundable. On the other hand, if the design template has not been completed or agreed upon, then 100% of the deposit amount is refundable, upon request.
What is your cancellation policy in case of no deposit?
Upon those occassions where we do not take a deposit, often due to the company in question having a clean record of business, our policy is: Upon completion of the job, we will be sure you are satisfied with the website. If you find something that needs to be changed and is not according to the original specification, we would be glad to fix it at no extra charge. However, cancellations made before the job is finished are billed at a standard hourly rate of $25/hour to cover labor costs.
